Have you ever went on vacation or left town for work and found it difficult to return to your regular exercise routine? How about being sick or having to take care of something that set you back a few days? A few weeks? We work so hard to get where we are and then something comes up or gets in the way. Not only did I empathize with a recent Facebook post of someone who felt lost and deflated for not having the motivation to workout again, but also each one of my clients of over 15 years could too.
