Ingredients:
1 cup shredded kale
1/4 cup chopped shiitake mushrooms
tablespoons golden raisins
1 tablespoon chopped cashews
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
3 ounces silken tofu
Fresh lemon juice (optional)

Directions:
Combine first six ingredients. Top with lemon juice for dressing, if desired.
