I could spend over 6 weeks adding several types of bicep curls, but the one that I have seen the quickest results with clients are the V- angle bicep curls.
Here are my Pro Tips:
1. Tuck your elbows right at your sides, at hip level.
2. Take a split stance, with a slight bend at your knee.
3. With palms up and a light grip, curl to shoulder and slowly lower down dumbbell.
4. 3 sets of 10 reps!
