I have found that in my 15 years of personal training, I tend to gravitate to a certain exercise for a given month with my clients.  Of course, I modify where needed or make the move more challenging if I can.  One movement has always been in my tool box- push ups with rotation.  This is a great challenge to one’s strength and core.

Please be careful when trying to perform this exercise, especially if you have shoulder issues.
