Tuna and Avocado Pita

Halve and lightly toast a whole-wheat pita.

Meanwhile mix together 1 pouch (about 2 ounces) tuna, 2 tablespoons spicy mustard, 1/4 cup each shredded carrots and chopped celery, and a dash each turmeric, cumin, and black pepper.

Split tuna mixture between pita halves and top with sliced avocado.
