As the temperature cools and the leaves begin to change, it’s the perfect time to get outside. Many people take this time to run more, walk more, or even just be active in the Fall. What are you going to do when it gets colder? Does it snow where you live?
If you are like most, your workouts might decrease. It’s harder to get out of that warm bed isn’t it? Now is the time to take inventory around your house to see what you can make out of a gym for yourself. You know that you can get down on the floor to do anything but what furniture can turn into your bench? Can you wrap resistance bands around a banister? Use this list to help you for those moments where you don’t feel like shoveling snow just to go to the gym.
